Only if you have previously given your explicit consent, will your data also be used for more extensive purposes that have been specifically agreed upon in the permission.
As far as personal data (such as name, address or e-mail addresses) is concerned, we are only saving as much as possible at your request/consent. These data will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent. We want to point out, however, that data transmission over the Internet (for example, when communicating by e-mail) may contain security gaps. A complete security protection against access by third parties in the transmission of data via internet is therefore not possible.
The data protection safety regulations provide various rights for users. Here we provide the information for you:
- Right to information: You have the right to get free information about your personal data stored by Provide e.V., its origin, transferability and recipients, as well as the purpose of the data processing.

Please use the following e-mail address to send us your objection: email@example.com
- Affected Right: You have the right to have your personal data corrected, blocked or deleted.
- Right to complain: Anyone who assumes that they have been violated in the collection, processing or use of their personal data has the right to contact the relevant data protection supervisory authority. This authority will investigate the complaint and informs the person concerned about the result.
The use of our website is usually possible without providing personal information. If however, personal data (for example name, address or E-Mail addresses) is requested, its your own decision, whether you want to give it to us or not. These data will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent.
Please note that data transmission through the Internet (for example, when communicating via e-mail) may have security vulnerabilities. A complete protection of the data from access by third parties is not possible.

This also applies to processing operations required to carry out pre-contractual actions. Should we be subject to fulfill a legal obligation, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c DSGVO will be the legal basis. If vital interests of the data subject or another actual person require the processing of personal data, this is done in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. D DSGVO. In the case of processing for the protection of a legitimate interest of our non-profit association, where the interests of the data subject deserving protection do not exceed the interests of the person responsible, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO will be serving as the legal basis.
Deleting data and storage duration
The personal data of the individual will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of the storage is omitted. In addition, such storage may be provided if it was intended by the European or national legislator in EU regulations, laws or other regulations to which the person responsible is subject to.
